Used for soil reinforcement in segmental retaining walls, geogrid is manufactured using high molecular weight/high tenacity polyester yarn. The yarns are knitted into a dimensionally stable, uniform network of apertures providing significant tensile reinforcement capacity. A black PVC saturation coating provides further chemical and mechanical, as well as ultraviolet protection. Geogrid is sold by the square yard and available in a range of strengths.
